We begin each session with a moment of reflection. You’re invited to share what feels present right now, whatever wants to be seen or felt. From there, the session unfolds naturally, guided by intuition and gentle awareness.

Sessions can take place online, in a cozy space, or outdoors in nature. You’ll be invited to reconnect with your body through subtle movement, mindful breathing, or quiet stillness, always at your own pace.
